ABOUT ME

Thank you for visiting my website, which I hope you will enjoy.

I specialize in Calligraphy and painted illumination, and have exhibited widely, including at The British Library, The Museum of London, The Jewish Museum and The Millennium Dome. My artwork also includes mosaics, patchwork, and silk paintings.

I facilitate Creative Arts Workshops in Museums, Art Galleries, Libraries, Botanic Gardens and in my own Studio. Workshop venues include The British Library, The Victoria and Albert Museum, and The Chelsea Physic Garden, working with children, adolescents, adults and families.

I hold degrees in Psychology, Education, Child Art Psychotherapy and Yiddish, and lecture and facilitate Creative Arts Workshops and courses in Universities and in Adult Education.

I am trained in Child Art Psychotherapy, and am also a qualified and experienced teacher, with extensive experience in educational and therapeutic work with children and adolescents, in schools and hospitals, with individuals and groups. I also offer private sessions in Creative Therapy for children and adolescents.

I enjoy working with colour, symbol, myth and story. I believe that every person has creative potential and that this can illuminate their life-journey.
